The Mystery Ghost Bus Experience

Recently I booked to enjoy the Mystery Ghost Bus Experience.  I took my photographer (a.k.a. my paparazzi) and had no real idea of what to expect.  We were collected at the V&A Waterfront and preceded to various ‘spook’ locations in and around Cape Town central.  The Mystery Ghost Bus Experience far out surpassed my expectations for a number of reasons.  I found the tour to be very factual, interesting and educational.  It was also fun, interactive and scary but given all the components that made up this wonderful trip I was most amazed by how much I learnt about paranormal activity.  As they say, knowledge is power and I certainly feel far more educated and more understanding about Casper the friendly ghost.

The Mystery Ghost Bus Experience took us to haunted hotels where we learned about the Kinky Ghost, we visited the Castle where we freaked out about the Bell Ringer who hung himself and now the bell rings unaided on the anniversary of his death.  We visited Wynberg Club where we sat in complete darkness and heard stories about ghosts walking through walls and en route to the Tokai Manor house we listened to paranormal voices communicating through airwaves, stories of scary ghosts visiting patients at Groote Schuur hospital and other famous South African spook stories that held our attention.  The Mystery Ghost Bus Tour took us to Tokai Manor House where my photographer took a series of pictures showing what we believe to be real life paranormal evidence.  In each picture there was an orb of light which moved to different places above the peak of the house.  Finally we ended with a graveyard tour which made for an epic midnight finale before we made our way back to the V&A Waterfront.

The Mystery Ghost Bus Experience made for an intense evening of fun, fact and pleasure.  I would highly recommend this as an ideal gift for couples (young and old), for social groups or corporate team building.  Boo!
